The distance learning correspondence course included in this package, Virginia Principles and Practices of Real Estate,is approved by the Virginia Real Estate Commission (VREB approval #0214026499) for 60-credit-hours, and satisfies your salesperson licensing course requirement. Our self-paced, proprietary course materials cover every topic identified by Virginia as important to prepare you for the Virginia licensing exam and launch your real estate career. Moseley's proprietary online Learning Management System has all the tools and resources to support your success.
