The self-paced asynchronous online course, Florida Sales Pre-License Course, included in this package is approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC approval #16795) for 63-credit-hours, and satisfies your sales associate pre-licensing course requirement. Our proprietary course materials cover every topic identified by Florida as important to prepare you for the Florida licensing exam and launch your real estate career. Moseley's proprietary online Learning Management System has all the tools and resources needed to support your success.
Take up to 12-months to complete the course. You may reschedule your live-class training, prior to its start, for a minimal administrative fee. Continue to network and learn your unique local real estate market. Hit the ground running by being a Moseley graduate!
